Agreement

RISKS:

Adventure tourism involves a certain degree of risk. Atalaya EIRL cannot hold responsibility for extraneous circumstances such as bad weather, altered road conditions, or any other acts of God that may result in personal loss or damage, extra costs and delays. This trip is an adventure tour and unexpected events may occur, so we cannot always follow the initial itinerary. Atalaya EIRL reserves the right to modify or withdraw any Travel Arrangement when necessary in the interest of the client.

I am voluntarily participating in these activities with knowledge of the dangers involved and agree to assume any and all risks, including possible injuries or death. In case of an exceptional situation. I am obligated to accept the advice that the guide will give. I agree to behave on behalf of the safety of the group.

I as a participant of this expedition, agree to respect the wildlife that dwell in the areas we will be visiting and to respect the customs of the local native people in the Reserve and Cultural Zones. I go on this trip as a nature tourist who is sensitive to the preservation and conservation of natural habitats of the planet Earth.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS:

To guarantee a reservation Atalaya EIRL has to receive the total amount of the payment before the expedition.

In the case of cancelling a reservation one day before the departure, the company will keep 35% of the total amount due to operation costs. In the case of a NO-SHOW the company does not provide a refund.
